These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between fancywon ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses any services provided through the fancywon website and all associated subdomains. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Confirmed or suspected underage gambling.
• Extended periods of account inactivity (defined as 12 or more consecutive months without any login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placed). Prior to closure for inactivity, fancywon will attempt to notify the player via the registered email address.
• Player request, including responsible gaming self-exclusion requests submitted through the platform or via the support team.

Upon account closure for reasons other than confirmed fraud or breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method. • Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, server outages, or payment processing delays beyond our reasonable control.
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any claims arising from the actions or omissions of third-party service providers, including game studios and payment processors.
• Delays in withdrawals caused by verification requirements, payment provider processing times, or banking holidays in Bangladesh.

Dispute resolution:

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of fancywon's services — including disputed game outcomes, withdrawal delays, bonus issues, or account decisions — you must first contact the fancywon support team at support@fancywon with full details of your complaint. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 5 business days.

In the event that a disputed game outcome cannot be resolved through customer support, the recorded server-side game log maintained by the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, etc.) shall constitute the definitive record of the game result, and that record shall be final and binding.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the relevant territory. fancywon's total aggregate liability to any player under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
